PPAP Third Edition Information Update

Please take note that GM, Ford and Daimler Chrysler have released the Third Edition of PPAP effective September 1999. Information surrounding the release of this document was published in the AIAG Action Line and the AIAG website http://www.aiag.org. According to our sources at the AIAG, a copy of the new PPAP was sent to selected suppliers in September / October 1999. Our source also indicated that all tier one suppliers to the “big three” should watch their Action Line publication for the most up to date information. If you are a member of the AIAG, you will only receive Action Line if you records in their database indicates for you to receive a copy. Please contact the customer service department of AIAG at 248-358-3570 to ensure you receive a copy of Action Line.
